There are a couple of reasons why your subscription may not be working:

Make sure that you have logged-in to your Michaels Digital Downloads account. If the top-right corner of your screen looks like this, you need to click Login.
- Check to see that you have an active subscription. Go to My Subscriptions, and make sure the Status is displayed as Active. If you think you have a subscription but don't see anything here, you may have a second account. Not to worry! Reach out our team at hi@michaelsdigitaldownloads.com with the invoice ID for the purchase of your subscription, your PayPal e-mail address, or last 4 digits of the credit card you used to sign-up. We would be happy to help you locate your subscription.
