How do I update a payment method?

Adding a payment method

You can add your payment method at any time via your Michaels Digital Downloads account under the Payment Methods section:

1. Click on manage billing in customer portal
2. Click on add payment method in the payment methods section
3. Enter the details for your new payment method and click add
4. Your new payment method will now be visible in your available payment methods
   

Removing a payment method

You can remove a payment method by clicking on the option menu for the payment method and by choosing delete. 

Please note that if you have an active billing agreement you cannot delete your default payment method - you must first add a new payment method or cancel your billing agreement.

How do I choose the default payment method?

Your current default payment method will be marked with a default tag. You can change which method will be charged by clicking on the options menu for the payment type and selecting make default.
