I forgot my password - How do I request a new one?

If you've forgotten your password, and need to request a new one please follow the steps below

1. Make sure you are logged out of your account.
2. Visit the lost password page.
3. Enter the email that is connected to your Michaels Digital Downloads account and click Reset Password.
4. Shortly afterwards, you will receive an email with a password reset link. 
5. Click on the link and you will be able to enter a new password
6. Click Save to finalise the changes.

Cannot request a new password?

If you get an error message while requesting a new password you should check:

• That you have entered your email address correctly.
  
• If your Michaels Digital Download account is connected to a social login account (Facebook, Google, Apple)

If you registered your Michaels Digital Download with your Facebook, Google, or Apple account and you try to reset your password, you will see an error message like this:

In this case you can log into your account using the linked social account.

If you would prefer to log in using your password in the future, first log in using your social account and then follow these instructions.
