Go to the Lost Password page and enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a link to help you create a new password.
If you see an error like stating that there is already an account with this email address, make sure you use login with Facebook or Login with Google as required
I am asked for an OTP (One Time Password)
If you are logging into Michaels Digital Downloads from a new device or location, you may be asked to verify your email address using a one time password (OTP).
An email will be sent to your account email address containing the OTP which you can use to log into your account. Once you have verified your device or location, you will not be asked again.
If you still cannot log in, it is possible that there is something wrong with the email address you entered. Make sure to check that you are using the correct email address and that there are no blank spaces in your email or password.
