I know my current password
If you know your current password please follow these instructions
- Go to My Account - Edit details & password
- Enter your current password, a new password, and confirm the new password.
- Click Save Changes and your new password will be saved.
I have forgotten my password and I need a new one
If you do not know your password, don't worry - you will need to perform a password reset. To do this follow the instructions in this guide.
I see a message saying my account is linked to a social login.
If you see a message saying that your account is linked to a social login account (Apple, Facebook, Google login) then you do not need to use a password to access your account.
However, If you would prefer to use a password rather than social login, you will first need to unlink your social logins first. You can learn how to do this here.
